Books and Blogs, What could be better?

Yeah! I finally got my grid/ccs book from Amazon! It only took about 2 and a half weeks. Totally worth the wait though, it comes with some nice grids in Quark and Adobe ID file formats. I highly recommend picking up some aid to help with laying a grid. Also, I stumbled across a great example of grid based web design. This site looks clean enough to eat off of. I should have some more work up by the weekend. I'm working on a With Mit poster, things are coming together nicely. Until then. Cheers.

Bunch and RSS

So I've been messing around with getting my RSS feed thingy to work. I think it's up, just need to add a button to the actual page, rather then in the browser window. Anyone know how to do that? Also I adjusted my portfolio web page with a few more themes, like same sizes and layouts for my pictures, and a few other CSS adjustments. Some people remarked how it acts up in IE. Let me know if it gives you problems. Cheers.

ELDETE Logo

Happy Saturday,

I worked on this logo project a little this week. ELDETE will be using this for their digital image watermark online. I'm hoping to incorporate one of the two designs into an overall company identity. Enjoy!

Stunning Work

Wow. Corinna’s work is absolutely stunning. It's a shame you can't reference images in from Flash. Make sure you check out her Kremlin piece. A definite inspiration for me. Enjoy.

NYC TYPE

Good Morning. So I spent a little while last night adding a photo collection to my portfolio website. In May I went to NYC for the first time. It was amazing! One thing I started to notice was the almost universal use of sans serif typefaces on all the signage in the city. Even the private signs were mostly set in Helvetica, or something very similar. These where taken throughout my three day stay in New York.

Website Up an Running!

Alright! I finally got my website up and running. I still have more work to post on it, but overall I’m pleased with how it turned out. I used Indexhibit as my template. I’m a big fan of their application. Check it out! With Mit Design

Cheers,
